Heats of Reaction




When a NaOH pellet is added to 25 mL of distilled water (heat of dissolution), from the energy released when NaOH is added to 25 mL of 0.1 M HCl. A ‘Coffee Cup’ Calorimeter is used to measure the heats of reaction.
