Technical Help Request


To request technical help with eDAQ Hardware or Software, please fill in the following form. Fields marked with a red star (*) are required. Where possible, a sample data file showing the problem should be prepared, as it may be requested

My configuration:

Open the software in which you are experiencing difficulty. If possible have the eDAQ equipment connected to the computer and switched on.

Go to the Help menu and select:

  • Configuration Information. Then use the Copy to Clipboard button to collect the information and paste into the box, below.
  • About EChem (EChem Windows software only). Use the query icon (?) to get information about your hardware and software, then use the Copy All button to collect it and paste into the box, below.
  • About Scope (Scope for Windows software only). Use the query icon (?) to get information about your hardware and software, then use the Copy All button to collect it and paste into the box, below.

If you cannot open the software please enter in the box below:

  • The product numbers and serial numbers of all eDAQ hardware you are using (eg e-corder, PowerChrom unit, C4D hardware, C4D headstage.
  • The computer operating system (e.g. Windows 10, Windows XP).
  • The version number of the eDAQ software you are using.
